The checklist is how you enter the system. Each task pays once, ever, and its value is fixed forever: no weight, no multiplier, no season changes it.

One X connection covers all three quests

Connecting X is a single act, not three. Once it is done, the connect step disappears from the @c8ntinuum, @c8ntinuum_ and @c8ntinuumARENA rows at the same time, and only the follow itself is left outstanding on each one. Each follow is still claimed separately and still pays on its own.

Set up wallets

You are sent to app.c8ntinuum.com/wallets, where you confirm the addresses we already hold for you or connect another wallet. The task completes when both addresses are confirmed.

Email

If you signed up with email, it is already connected, so the task cannot be performed a second time. Those p8ints are credited automatically when the account is created. Email does not count toward the two linked socials that qualification requires. One of those two must be the X follow.

They carry no weight and no multiplier, so they always credit at face value.
They do not keep a streak alive and they do not advance the commitment ladder.
They do not feed the daily wheel.
They do not count toward the five real actions that lift the multiplier cap.
